§ 98.09 AUTHORIZED CITY OFFICIAL.

The Chief Inspector, Chief of Police, and the Superintendent of Streets and Bridges and/or their designee(s), are hereby designated as the authorized city official(s), to issue municipal civil infraction citations or municipal civil infraction violations notices as provided by Ch. 37 of this code of ordinances.
