Curb cuts to provide street parking shall comply with the following.
(A) In all cases where a public sidewalk exists or may be needed, curb removed for street parking shall be replaced with a new curb not more than nine feet from and parallel to (except for the curb return) the curb removed so that only parallel parking can be accommodated.
(B) No curb shall be removed within a distance of 50 feet from the nearest curb line of the next intersecting street in the line of travel unless the curb cut is extended to the intersecting curb line.
(C) The area between the relocated curb and the pavement shall be paved with concrete or asphalt in accordance with regulations therefor established by the City Manager, and shall be maintained by the permittee so long as parking is permitted thereon.
