Application for approval of a development plan or an amendment to an approved development plan shall be on the forms approved by the Department of Public Services, filed with the City Planning Commission, and accompanied by such fees as have been established pursuant to § 4 of the statute (the Urban Redevelopment Corporations Law, Public Act 250 of 1941, being M.C.L. § 125.904).
