§ 12.073 TIME LIMITATION FOR INCORPORATION.
   If incorporation of The Economic Development Corporation of the City of Saginaw is not accomplished within 90 days from and after the effective date of this subchapter, then in accordance with the Act, this subchapter shall be of no further force and effect.
