§ 93.02 EFFECT OF PROVISIONS.
   (A)   Nothing contained in this subchapter shall be deemed to supersede, compete with, or conflict with any of the provisions of the Civil Rights Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 through 1985) or any law of this state or this nation relating to discrimination because of race, color, creed, national origin, age, marital status, pregnancy, disability, or source of income.
   (B)   All parts of this subchapter are severable, and if any one part is held invalid, all others shall remain in such full force and effect as can be without the involved provision or application.
