§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 30.99.
   (B)   The minimum penalty for any violation of § 92.04 shall be a Class C Municipal Civil Infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine as set forth in Ch. 37 of this code of ordinances, for each infraction. Repeat offenses shall be subject to increased fines as provided by Ch. 37 of this code of ordinances. Each violation with any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate violation.

   (C)   A violation of § 92.08 shall be deemed a municipal civil infraction subject to a civil fine of $1,000. Five hundred dollars of the fine collected under this division (C) shall be remitted to the city.

   (D)   Any person, firm, association, partnership, corporation, or governmental entity who violates any of the provisions of § 92.12 or fails to comply with a duly authorized order issued pursuant to § 92.12 shall be deemed to be responsible for a Class C Municipal Civil Infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine as set forth in Ch. 37 of this code of ordinances, plus costs and other sanctions, for each infraction. Repeat offenses shall be subject to increased fines as provided by Ch. 37 of this code of ordinances. Each violation with any provision of the chapter shall constitute a separate violation.
