That the above mentioned application (see Council Proceedings p. 339, 1975) of Joseph P. Day and others dated June 10, 1975, and proposed Articles of Incorporation attached thereto are amended by changing the name of the corporation to “The Economic Development Corporation of the City of Saginaw” and by providing that the appointments of Directors by the Mayor of the city shall be with the advice and consent of the City Council and, as amended, are hereby approved and shall read as follows.
