§ 90.06 FALSE ALARMS: RESPONSE FEES.
   Every alarm user, operating an alarm system which signals a false alarm as defined in § 90.01 in excess of two incidents within one calendar year beginning January 1 of each year, shall pay to the city a false alarm response fee and/or shut off fee in order to defray a portion of the cost of response to such alarm incidents.
