§ 90.05 FALSE ALARMS.
   No person shall knowingly cause a false alarm of fire or other emergency to be transmitted to any official agency or organization which deals with emergencies involving danger to life or property. The penalty for violation of this section shall be the penalty established by § 109.3 of the International Fire Code, as adopted and amended in § 92.30(F).
