(A) No person upon roller skates, or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle, or similar device, shall go upon any roadway except while crossing the street on a crosswalk and except upon streets set aside as play streets.
(B) Violation of the provisions of this section shall be deemed a criminal misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided in § 70.99(B).
