(A) Rates and charges for parking in city-owned or operated off-street parking lots or areas. The various fees for the parking areas shall be established by Council and posted in the Office of the City Clerk.
(B) Parking Violations Bureau. The Parking Violations Bureau or its authorized agent will invoice customers for daily, weekly, and monthly parking use on a quarterly basis. Invoices will be mailed on or about the first day of each quarter with payment due by the fifteenth day of the first month of each quarter.
(C) Special charge for release of parked vehicle from city off-street area after hours. The release fee shall be established by Council and posted in the Office of the City Clerk.
(D) Special charge for reactivation and reissuance. The fee for such permit shall be established by Council and posted in the Office of the City Clerk.
