(A) Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
TRAILER COACH. Any portable structure or vehicle so designed and constructed as to permit occupancy thereof as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons.
(B) Prohibited parking and use.
(1) No person shall park or cause to be parked any trailer coach overnight on any street, alley, highway, or public place.
(2) No person shall park or permit the parking of any occupied trailer coach or use or occupy or permit the use or occupancy of any trailer coach on any site, lot, field, or tract of land not specifically licensed as a trailer coach park.
(3) No trailer coach shall at anytime be parked on any lot within the front yard area required by the city zoning regulations.
(4) No person shall remove or cause to be removed the wheels or tires from any trailer coach except for the purposes of repair, nor shall any person elevate, block, or stabilize any trailer coach other than with jacks designed, provided, and intended for that purpose.
(5) Violation of the provisions of this division (B) shall be punishable as provided in § 72.99.
