(A) No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
(1) Advertising;
(2) Displaying it for sale; and/or
(3) Washing, greasing, or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessary by an emergency.
(B) Nothing in this section shall prohibit the parking of vehicles in connection with civic or other events of city-wide interest or importance when specifically authorized by the Council.
(C) Violation of the provisions of this section shall be punishable as provided in § 72.99.
