§ 72.01 STANDING FOR LOADING ONLY.
   (A)   No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle for any purpose or length of time other than for the expeditious unloading and delivery or pickup and loading of materials or passengers in any place marked as a loading zone during the hours when regulations applicable to loading zones are in effect. In no case shall the stop for loading and unloading of material exceed 30 minutes.
   (B)   During hours when regulations applicable to loading zones are in effect, no loading zone marked “Commercial Loading Zone” shall be used by any vehicle not registered as a commercial vehicle; no loading zone designated “Passenger Vehicle Loading Zone” shall be used by a vehicle not registered as a passenger vehicle.
   (C)   Violation of the provisions of this section shall be punishable as provided in § 72.99.
