§ 71.06 LIMITATION ON BACKING.
   (A)   The driver of a vehicle shall not back the same into an intersection or over a crosswalk and shall not in any event on any street or alley back a vehicle more than 60 feet and then only when such movement can be made with safety.
   (B)   Violation of the provisions of this section shall be a criminal misdemeanor and punishable as provided in § 70.99(B).
