§ 71.05 LIMITATIONS ON TURNING AROUND.
   (A)   The driver of any vehicle shall not turn such vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction upon any street unless such movement can be made in safety and without interfering with other traffic. However, no such turn shall be made where a sign prohibiting such turn has been erected or at any intersection controlled by a traffic signal.
   (B)   Violation of the provisions of this section shall be a criminal misdemeanor and punishable as provided in § 70.99(B).
