§ 71.04 PROCESSIONS AND PARADES.
   (A)   No procession or parade containing 100 or more persons or ten or more vehicles, excepting the forces of the United States Army or Navy, the military forces of this state, and the forces of the Police and Fire Departments, shall occupy, march, or proceed along any street except in accordance with a permit issued by the Police Chief and such other regulations as are set forth herein which may apply.
   (B)   Violation of the provisions of this section shall be a criminal misdemeanor and punishable as provided in § 70.99(B).
