(A) No driver shall enter an intersection or a marked crosswalk unless there is sufficient space on the other side of the intersection or crosswalk to accommodate the vehicle he or she is operating without obstructing the passage of other vehicles or pedestrians, notwithstanding any traffic-control signal indication to proceed.
(B) Violation of the provisions of this section shall be a Class C civil infraction and punishable as provided in Ch. 37 of this code of ordinances.
