(A) The net rate charged for unfiltered water to consumers supplied from the Saginaw Branch Line shall be the sum of the readiness-to-serve charge and the commodity charge.
(1) Readiness-to-serve charge. Readiness-to-serve charge, based on the size of the water meter shall be approved by City Council and available in the Engineering Office.
(2) Commodity charges. Commodity charge, based upon the amount of water used shall be approved by City Council and available in the Engineering Office.
(B) Gross rates shall be 10% greater than above-scheduled rates and shall be charged for water service paid for after the due date shown on bills.
