For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
WATER CONNECTION. The part of the water distribution system connecting the water main with a point between the roadway line and the lot line of abutting property.
WATER EXTENSION. The part of the water distribution system extending from the water connection into the premises served.
WATER MAIN. The part of the water distribution system intended to serve more than one water connection.
