(A) Should any provision or section of this title be held unconstitutional or invalid, such holding shall not be construed as affecting the validity of any of the remaining provisions or sections, it being the intent that this title shall stand notwithstanding the invalidity of any provision or section.
(B) The provisions of division (A) above shall apply to all amendments of this title whether or not such a provision is re-enacted in the amendatory ordinance.
