Unless the context specifically indicates otherwise, the meaning of terms used in this subchapter and related regulations shall be the same as defined in § 51.023, and as follows.
INDUSTRIAL USER. A user discharging industrial wastes and sewage into the POTW.
RESIDENTIAL-COMMERCIAL USER. A user discharging domestic wastes and sewage into the POTW.
