(A) Unless the context specifically indicates otherwise, the meaning of the terms
PUBLIC SEWER, SEWER, and SANITARY SEWER used in this section shall be defined in §§ 51.020 through 51.053.
(B) Stormwater and surface drainage shall not be discharged directly or indirectly into a public sanitary sewer, except that any footing drain tile from which roof and surface drainage is excluded may be connected to so discharge its flow.
