(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 30.99.
(B) Whoever with intent to deceive shall make any statement or report required under this chapter which is untrue, or shall falsify or permit to be falsified any record of the retirement system, shall be fined not to exceed $500 or 90 days imprisonment, or both, in the discretion of the court.
