§ 153.491 TEMPORARY BUILDINGS OR PORTABLE STORAGE CONTAINERS.
   The following regulations shall apply to temporary buildings for use incidental to construction work and/or termporary portable storage containers as defined in § 153.021:
   (A)   Zoning district in which permitted: all districts;
   (B)   Minimum lot area: none specified;
   (C)   Special minimum yard space and lot width requirements: none specified;
   (D)   Special screening requirements: none specified;
   (E)   Placement: no person shall store or place a temporary building or portable storage container upon the public right-of-way, public property, or between the sidewalk and curb within the city. Clear vision areas shall be maintained at all times, and portable storage containers shall not obstruct the flow of pedestrian or vehicular traffic; and
   (F)   Other requirements: allowed for the following type of structure or use and for the following specified duration and required permit:
