The following regulations shall apply to mobile home parks:
(A) Zoning district in which permitted: R-3;
(B) Minimum lot area: see § 153.485;
(C) Special minimum yard space and lot width requirements: see § 153.485;
(D) Special screening requirements: see § 153.485; and
(E) Other requirements: see § 153.485.
