A. No licensee shall offer or operate, or allow to be played, any form of bingo in which electronic or mechanical machines or devices replace the traditional paper or cardboard bingo cards.
B. No licensee shall offer or operate, or allow to be played, any form of bingo in which the numbers to be called by the house are selected by electronic means rather than by taking numbered balls from a pool of game balls. (Prior code § 18.01.130)
