5.18.520   Customer use of shared-rideables.
   A.   Customers shall use shared-rideables in accordance with chapter 10.76, the California Vehicle Code, and any other applicable law or regulation.
   B.   The shared-rideable business shall be responsible for any penalty imposed for violations of sections 10.76.050 and 10.76.060. (Ord. 2019-0007 § 1; Ord. 2018-0006 § 1)
