Judicial review of any final decision under Sections 5.04.110 or 5.04.180 of this chapter may be had by filing a petition for a writ of mandate in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure. Any such petition shall be filed within the time limits prescribed in Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6 and notice of such time limit shall be given to the appellant by the city clerk.
