3.152.120   Personal liability.
   Neither the members of the city council; nor the city's officers, employees, and agents; nor any person executing bonds will be liable personally on the bonds or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the issuance of the bonds. (Ord. 2012-039 § 2)
