3.132.440 Provisions governing.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, proceedings for a change of organization shall be initiated, conducted, and completed in substantial compliance with the procedure provided in Article V of this chapter for the formation of an assessment district. (Prior code § 83.07.720)
