3.84.050   Property subject to confiscation.
   The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any property which is subject to confiscation under the laws of the United States or the state of California. (Ord. 2000-017 § 2(k)(vi) (Exh. G); Ord. 2000-013 § 1; prior code § 12.06.104)
