3.84.040   Perishable property.
   The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to perishable property. Such property shall be immediately transferred to and disposed of by the procurement services division in the manner provided by Section 3.80.050 of this title. (Ord. 2000-017 § 2(k)(vi) (Exh.
