3.84.020   Responsibility of police department.
   The police department shall comply with Sections 2080 through 2080.7 of the California Civil Code in the restoration of found property to the owner or finder. (Ord. 2007-088 § 1; Ord. 2000-017 § 2(k)(vi) (Exh. G); Ord. 2000-013 § 1; prior code § 12.06.101)
