2.124.2160 Definitions.

As used herein, the term "applicant" shall mean the member or any person making application for a member's disability retirement pursuant to the applicable provisions of former (1989) Charter Section 418, former (1976) Charter Section 316 or former (1970) Charter Sections 175.4 or 175.16.
