The following definitions apply in this article:
"65th Street area" means the area identified in, and subject to, the 65th Street area finance plan, as it may be amended.
"65th Street area facilities" means the infrastructure and facilities identified in the 65th Street area finance plan.
"65th Street area finance plan" means the city council-approved finance plan that calculates the 65 Street area impact fee amounts, including any amendments approved by the city council.
"65th Street area impact fee" means the fee established by section 18.56.520 to finance the design, construction, installation, improvement, and acquisition of the 65th Street area facilities.
"65th Street area infrastructure fund" means the infrastructure fund created by section 18.56.530. (Ord. 2017-0014 § 1)
