The fees established and collected pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in the following separate special funds created specifically to hold the revenue generated by such fees. The fees established and collected pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in these funds in the percentages described in the Willowcreek financing plan/nexus study, unless the city council, by resolution, directs that funds be deposited in different percentages. Said collected fees shall be deposited, managed, and maintained pursuant to the provisions of Section 66006 of the Government Code. Moneys within such fund may be used solely for the purposes set forth in Section 18.32.170 of this chapter. In this regard, the following special funds are created and established:
A. Construction fund;
B. Engineering consultant cost fund;
C. Property owner soft cost reimbursement fund;
D. City administration fund. (Prior code § 84.09.913)
