18.32.140 Adjustment of fee by resolution.

In addition to any automatic annual adjustment, the amount of the fees established by this chapter may be revised periodically, including, without limitation, upon the report and review provided for in Section 18.32.210 of this chapter, by resolution of the city council. Any action by the city council to increase fees shall comply with the provisions of this chapter and Government Code Sections 66016 through 66018. (Prior code § 84.09.911)
