In addition to the definitions set forth in Section 18.32.010 of this chapter, unless the contrary is stated or clearly appears from the context in which a term is used, the following definitions set forth in this section shall govern construction of the words and phrases used in this article:
"Automatic annual adjustment" means the automatic annual adjustment of development impact fees based on the inflation factors described in Section 18.32.130 of this chapter.
"Willowcreek fee" means the Willowcreek fee described in the Willowcreek financing plan/nexus study and established in Section 18.32.050(A)(1). (Prior code § 84.09.901)
