18.20.150   Administration.
   A.   The director may establish guidelines for the administration of this chapter, subject to approval by the city council.
   B.   The director shall establish a procedure for accepting complaints of noncompliance with the requirements of this chapter from tenants and other interested persons. (Ord. 2016-0043 § 5; Ord. 2006-056 § 1)
