17.860.010 Purpose and intent.

The purpose of this chapter is to authorize an administrative permit for infill housing projects, including mixed-use projects, that comply with California Government Code section 65913.4 or the requirements of this chapter. Nothing in this chapter precludes an applicant from applying for discretionary site plan and design review. (Ord. 2020-0031 § 4)
