A. An application for a lot line adjustment shall be filed with the director of public works and shall include the follow-ing information, materials and documents:
1. Drawings specifying the location of the existing lots, the proposed lot line adjustment, and the boundaries and dimensions of the proposed new lots;
2. A legal description for each new lot within the boundaries of the drawing;
3. A title report for each existing lot within the boundaries of the drawing;
4. Such additional information as the director of public works may require pursuant to sections 17.828.040.C and 17.828.060, considering the magnitude of the adjustment; its relation to existing buildings, structures, and landscaping; the present use and zoning of the property; location and extent of public improvements; its rela-tion to adopted plans for the area; and compliance with the subdivision map act or other ordinances and plans of the city.
5. Additional reports, drawings, statements, or other data as required by the director of public works.
B. The application shall be accompanied by a filing fee established by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 2017-0009 § 20)
