A. The city, in its sole discretion, may deem land under the Interstate 5 freeway within the Railyards SPD as satisfying the requirements of a buildable acre as defined in section 17.512.020.B.2.
B. If the property to be subdivided within the Railyards SPD is subject to a valid and enforceable development agreement, the city, in its sole discretion, may reduce the obligation to dedicate land pursuant to the factor established under section 17.512.020.B.3 and calculated by the formula in section 17.512.040.
