17.340.060   TO zone-Development standards.
   A.   Residential density. Residential projects shall have a minimum of 15 dwelling units per net acre.
   B.   Nonresidential development limitations in the RMX-TO zone. Nonresidential uses may occupy a maximum of 50% of the gross square footage of each new building in the RMX-TO zone. (Ord. 2021-0024 § 29; Ord. 2017-0061 § 70; Ord. 2013-0020 § 1; Ord. 2013-0007 § 1)
