2.124.010   Legislative intent.
   This chapter is enacted to implement the provisions of Article XVII of the Sacramento City Charter. The benefits payable under this chapter exclusive of Article IX of this chapter shall not be greater or less than those provided under such Article XVII of the Sacramento City Charter. Any section or part of any section of this chapter exclusive of Article IX of this chapter, insofar as it should conflict with the sections of such Article XVII of the Sacramento City Charter or with any part thereof, shall be superseded by the contents of such Article XVII of the Sacramento City Charter.
