17.200.400   ARP-F zone-Purpose.
The purpose of the ARP-F zone is to prevent the loss of life and property by prohibiting the erection of improvements or structures in a designated floodway; to protect the natural features of the American River floodplain; to prevent erosion and siltation; and to preserve valuable open space. (Ord. 2013-0020 § 1; Ord. 2013-0007 § 1)
