15.148.900   Construction-site signs.
   In any zone, one unlighted sign per development not to exceed thirty-two (32) square feet in area, may be placed on the lot or attached to the outside of a building during its construction period. (Ord. 2016-0010 § 43; prior code § 3.12.196)
