15.120.250   Appeal from actions of advisory agency.
   Appeals from actions of the planning director in respect to the design and improvement of proposed divisions of land within a project site designated for experimental housing shall be taken directly to the city council and no other board or commission of the city shall act as an "appeal board" (as such term is used in the Subdivision Map Act) in respect to such matters. (Prior code § 52.07.703)
