The development plans submitted to the planning director shall include the general schematic plan and more detailed plans of the various elements of the proposed development, such detailed plans to be prepared at a scale sufficient to permit evaluation of all pertinent site development details. In addition, elevation drawings shall be included which will clearly indicate the architectural character of the proposed development.
The plans shall indicate the number of dwelling units, the density of the dwelling units, and the types of dwelling units proposed and any related uses.
If the plans require the granting of variances from any or all of the regulations of the Planning and Development Code, each such variance shall be specifically described in documentation accompanying the plans. (Prior code § 52.05.502)
