15.116.030   Starting points for numbering.
   Front Street shall be the starting point for all numbers on all buildings fronting on the streets running therefrom in an easterly direction. A Street shall be the starting point for all numbers on all streets running southerly therefrom. (Prior code § 38.04.048)
